Meals, workouts, targets and weigh-ins are stored on your device. Signing in enables cloud diary synchronization and backups without meal photos. Account information includes an email address and display profile.

Coach conversations are saved to your account. Food, voice and workout analysis requests, and diary context used by the coach and weekly summary, are sent to an AI service when you use those features. Not all processing is device-only.

Watch activity screenshots are read locally. Imported activity stays on the device and is excluded from cloud backups and coach context. Personal reports and achievement cards are created locally and shared only through a user action.

Connected friends can view shared diary records without photos. Friends can be removed in the Friends screen. Barcode lookup uses an external product-information service.

Camera and microphone permissions are used for requested capture or recording and can be revoked in device settings. You can export backups and manually delete diary records; history is not automatically pruned. Clearing browser storage does not delete your account or cloud backup.

Nutrition estimates, recipes and AI suggestions are not medical advice. Service providers have their own privacy policies. Before store publication, the owner must supply an active contact address and an account/cloud-data deletion request process.
